xCP Drag & Drop between Content Folder Tree to Document List

Hi All,

Please let us know if there way dragging document from document list(Content Area) for content folder into the the Content Folder Tree structure for xCP application.

OOTB supported for dragging document from desktop into either Content Folder / Document.

This is not supported. Only drag and drop from desktop to a folder is supported.

Can customization using ExtJS will help us to achieve the drag and drop between widget (Content tree to document list).

Answer is Yes and difficult. Since xCP is built on ExtJS for UI layer, it is possible as most of the components in ExtJS supports drag and drop. However to implement that in xCP, we need to understand the whole xcp extensions of extjs which could be a challenging task.

Even then it is not guaranteed that in coming versions, your customizations will be honoured by xcp.
