Brava Error

Hi Good day everyone

have anyone of you already this kind of error in brava?

If yes can you tell me how to solve this and what seems to be the cause of this error

    This is your license issue, please contact Brava support team directly with your current license and host/IP.

    It says license issue but after restarting the Brava services the error disappears and we can use brava

    I assume this is a non-prod environment?

    I think it has to do with the number of connection. For non-prod license, there's a limit of how many users can connect concurrently.
