Is There any way to replace Login Page in xCP application?

I want to create my own custom login Page , is it possible to do or can I change the CSS   of  existing Sign in Page , I am using Clear theme in xCP 2.3

    Under your application's sources, check src/main/webapp/signin.jsp. You can modify it to however you want it to look like.
