Did anyone used Tableau as a data-form, which writes back to the database, or smart-sheet? did anyone worked on the similar requirement, or do we have any help documents to achieve the same.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you wanting to utilize Tableau in some way in your BIRT report?

Is it feasible to use tableau as a write back feature, where in we can create some data-forms in Tableau, which actually writes back the data to a database.

If you're asking about Tableau by itself, I think you may be in the wrong forum. The Analytics forum is for questions and discussion regarding BIRT, iHub, iServer, etc. Which are a different product from Tableau.
