Not able to generate jsp

Hi ,

Using TS 6.5 SP1 Win 2003 .

I have a 'u1' with master and editor role and other users also .

Now i am able to create jsp using this user 'u1' by logging as editor .

But all other user are not able to create jsp .

I have a OS group called 'tsusers' on the ts server . All the users belong to this group and all the files and folder on ts have access to 'tsusers' group .

Could anyone let me know why other users are not able to generate jsp .

Though they are able to create dcrs

Do you do any kind of debugging output from your PT to a file? If so - check the access rights on that file (I ran into this problem at a customer site and it took a few hours to figure it out since *I* always had access to the file ;-)
