iw.ccpro.common.tabset error after install_webapps.ipl

I'm having a problem with our UI that I was wondering if anyone else has come across. I was trying to make some modifications to the customer toolkit. To make a long story short I removed all the customizations that I had added to the customer toolkit and now when I go to the TS UI it get the following error.

iw.ccpro.common.tabset tabset is not found in config.
Please contact your TeamSite Administrator for help.
No UI configuration found matching item ID iw.ccpro.common.interwoven.link of type class com.interwoven.ui.base.widget.LinkTag

I went through the whole make_toolkit.ipl clobber route and then make_toolkit again to see if that would fit it. Nothing.

Then I tried to install the toolkit back to the default install via install_webapps.ipl, but still I get the same error after I login.

Anyone is this before or have any ideas of that direction to point me?

Interesting. What version of TeamSite and platform is this on?

6.7.1SP1...
everything is fine untill I install our own customizations. It was working w/o any issues on 6.7.1
