The name does not exist in the current context

When attempting to deploy a workflow process I am receiving the following error in the messages window: "The name 'EventTypeLookup_byID' does not exist in the current context".

EventTypeLookup_byID is a query based business objects with three parameters.

The error doesnt appear when I run a validate, so I am thinking that the error could be generated by the web services.

I am running Metastorm BPM 9.0 SR1.

I am unsure of what the error is and so am unsure of what should be included in this post, please let me know if there is anything else that I should be providing.
