9.0.3 SQL Server Create Script ,,, doesn't

Having had issues with the Deployment service knackering the database, after reinstalling 9.0.3 I created a new database to see if that would fix it. I was surprised to discover that a number of tables are not created in this script. The first was "InstanceState", but there were several more that I had to add from the original database before the engine would start.

    I believe that the  InstanceState table, and a few others, are created by the standard Workflow Foundation .sql scripts which come with Windows server, rather than by Metastorm .sql scripts.  Those steps are documented in the Installation Guide PDF.
