Problem with opening pdf external form

Hi.

On Windows XP, users cannot open external pdf form through Metastorm BPM 7.6 with Adobe Reader X.  Displays hung blank screen with the word "Launching" displayed in middle.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

  Hi Tim,

  Currently we only support the following Arcobat versions for displaying PDF external forms (in BPM v7.6).

  - Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.8

  - Adobe Acrobat Reader 8
