Is there any way to integrate with any tool eWork e-mail - Lotus Note  - outlook. Example. From eWork send some request to the Lotus Notes -  outlook, how to schedule a meeting among others.

  there is no other out of the box functions than send email.
  if you want to integrate in some other way you can use standard mail protocols. we have build some services to integrate via pop3 and mapi.
