V7.6 Actions not closing

Hi,

 

I  have a serious problem, that is very sustaining through all our processes.

Once a user is finishing an action the window won't close and the progress bar will go on forever. As soon as you click into the window, it is closing. The action seems to proceed fine, but the window won't close.

It is not always happening but the task is coming up more and more often.

This is really annoying, users get confused and irritated.

 

We have this problem with different processes in different actions. And I have no idea why this is happening.

    This is not a commonly reported issue to our Support Team.

     

    Can you provide a few more details?

     

    Browser Version?

    Are you running any client side code on the forms?

     

    Please feel free to contact the support desk and have the team raise a ticket for you to investigate this...

    Hello,

     

    Thanks for the answer.

    We are currently using IE7 and IE8. This phenomenon is appearing on both versions.

     

    We do not use client side scripts in either of the affected actions. Server side scripts, we do use a lot though.

     

    I will try to open a ticket on this task.
