Help! How do you publish to sharepoint?
I have been playing with publishing to sharepoint but have been unable to make it work.
If I try to publish with the target as HTML (including compiled HTML) all I get is an error message that our sharepoint URL has the wrong syntax. If I publish with a target of word it seems to work BUT nothing turns up in sharepoint.
Are there instructions on this somewhere?

Hi Jim,
I'll use a public sharepoint site as an example for this.
First launch the Publisher and choose HTML and check the box for SharePoint server.
If you were to copy the URL from sharepoint, it would look something like this: http://public.survice.com/PAN/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2fPAN%2fShared%20Documents%2fLogos&FolderCTID=&View={CC3DBCE1-56B4-4CF4-A542-01E11289A730}
Which is Sharepoints internal way of referencing directories. We have to convert that to a standard URL, which would look like this:
http://public.survice.com/PAN/Shared%20Documents/Logos
To do that, find the RootFolder variable in the Sharepoint URL:
RootFolder=%2fPAN%2fShared%20Documents%2fLogos
Replace all the ‘%2F’ with ‘/’ and add http://public.survice.com to the beginning.
Paste the new URL into the HTML Path (url) box. Then click publish. It will ask you to login to Sharepoint. Assuming you have proper rights it will then pubish to that directory.

Thanks - I'll give this a try.
