How to include other Models or even documentation done in other tools

How are people bringing in models and documentation done in other tools such as Visio, Word, Rational Software Architect?

If we are doing use case models, deployment models, BPMN diagrams outside of Provision it would be nice to include them somehow on the System object.  I see that you can create an Artifact object but this would become unmanageble over time we have hundreds of systems with various artifacts.  Is there a way to upload external docs or a way to link out to documents and models stored elsewhere?

    You can bring in models and other data from Visio, Rational Rose, etc via the "Translator" in ProVision.  But for documents, as you mentioned you can attach the document via an Artifact, but you can also create a link to a document (which must be stored on a shared drive) by changing the "type" of the artifact to "link".  You can then paste the link (to the shared drive location which stores the document) in the "object" field.  This may give you more ability to manage the documents since they will be stored in one location.  But other than that there is no way to link documents within ProVision.
