Greetings,

I've just discovered your group and am interested in what the community has here for customizing queue views, or dashboards, in ICCM's eServiceDesk.  Anyone familiar, worked in this area?

  I might be able to assist. It would be helpful to know: what types of changes are you looking for? Which queues (do you mean the tree structure?) or dashboards do you want to change? How  do you want to change them?
