Mail Configuration

We have enabled the notification feature using a pop3 account.  The messages that go out are in, what appears to be, a HTML format.  Is there a setting that needs to be reviewed or changed?

  • It appears that the message content is not fully defined html which probably causes most mail clients to display the text as-is and ignore the text formatting tags.  I would recommend submitting a case to customer support.
