Is it possible to link components to each other through an association.

 

I use the components as Definitions of terms used and would like to link Definitions to Definitions

 

e.g. Excel: Definition:  A software used to manipulate data in matrix format, where a matrix is a set of data arranged in rows and columns.

 

So the definition I am working on at the moment is for Excel, but I use the definition of a matrix to describe it.

    Looks like you can use the Deployment Modeler to create a Dependency link between the 2 components (Excel and Matrix). Then if you want to show your Components and their relationships along with other types of objects, you can use the Navigator modeler. Just some thoughts...

    Hi Jennie, thanx for the reply!

     

    I don't think that the connections will show in the interepreter (if I run it for a workflow in which an activity has a component - that should be linked to other components).  It will only show if I run the interpreter for the navigator.
