Customising the web client

The PDF document "MBPM 9.2 Web Client Configuration Guide" explains how to customise the look of the web client.

Section 2.1 deals with changing the format of the dates displayed in the TO DO and WATCH lists. The formats chosen appear to apply to both the updated date and the deadline date columns.

The problem we have is that users want to keep the date and time showing on the updated date column but only show the date on the deadline column.

Is it possible to set different formats for the two different columns?

Further to this question, I have been doing some experimentation on my test system.

Changing the settings as specified in section 2.1 ONLY appears to affect the date and time displayed in grid fields.

How do I change the display on the todo and watch lists?

I logged this with the OT helpdesk and have now had the following reply:

"Our development team has accepted it as a defect and logged a defect in out defect tracking system to fix this in a future release.

Bug #16971: DateFormat and TimeFormat keys in web.config donot change the format of Update and Deadline columns in Todo and Watchlist."

I have asked them to include a function whereby the updated and deadline columns can have different formats. EG: Include the time in the updated column but hide it in the deadline column.
