Trouble in connecting AppWorks client and Appworks gateway

Hi, I'm new to AppWorks and OpenText. I'm not able to link AppWorks client (android) to Apache tomcat server running in PC. Https is enabled to localhost. When trying to connect through app, It throws "SERVER NOT FOUND" error, even though devices connected in same network.

https enabled server address=> https://192.168.1.4:8443/

What has to be done to fix this ?
It would be helpful if anyone could drop materials or links related to AppWorks.

    Please check you Gateway URL configured in OTAG Admin. The Gateway URL in OTAG Setting should be same as the URL used in Mobile App. If Host Name is configured in the OTAG settings then you should use the Host Name as your Gateway URL in Mobile Client and if you have configured IP address in OTAG Settings then IP address should be used as your Gateway URL in Mobile Client.

    If there is a miss match then it will not work.
