Authorized User Groups Report

I am trying to pull Authorized User Groups Report. It works fine if a site has less number of channels. But if any site has large number of channels, it does not work. It returns response status as 12152. It seems there is something wrong while traversing all the channels. To traverse through all the channels, it takes aruond 13 minutes. Could you help me on fixing this issue?

How are you building the Report? As far as I know there is no such OOTB functionality.

So probably it is implemented as a customization in your environment. To be able to answer your question we will need to look at the code.

I would suggest you open a VOLSS ticket for this issue and work with support to get this resolved.

I looked at the code in the code same. I noticed that the implementation is using recursion to navigate through the tree. Given that you have big site with lot of channels you probably will get into memory issues with this implementation (StackOverFlow).

I would suggest that you either modify the logic to be iterative instead of recursive or increase the memory allocation to your JVM.
