Custom Menu Items on TS 6.7.1

Hi all,

We have recently migrated to TS 6.7.1, however one of our custom menu item did not get displayed after migration. After analysation, i have found the only difference is use of operationID attribute of link element with ui_custom.xml. Within roles_custom.xml, we have defined that operation id permitted only for masters.

It was working on TS 6.1, however as per flexi-roles of TS 6.7.1, we have different user roles and above all no user is having global master access to each and every branch/workarea.

Could anyone, provide any help or suggestion or pointer over the issue?

You did remove the roles_custom.xml file completely from the customer_src/ tree - and replace it with userops_custom.xml - right?

You might need to refresh your knowledge of the UICG if you don't understand the above.

Yes, delete it completely, do not rename it to .bak, it will still be processed
