Fail group operation(delete and add member)

I can create a new group but can't add members into it or delete it.
When I tried to do these, I got a Java error. It says like "can't find this group ****".

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Windows2003SP1 + TS6.7.1(SP3) + OD6.1.1 + Livesite3.0.0.1
I do this from UI
[iwgroup list-groups -a] shows me the group name, IW id, show name and description.

First of all - there is no SP3 for TS6.7.1 (yet) - so you need to figure out what version you really have.

Secondly - what is the actual name of the group which you created (or think you created)? Does it contain white-space or punctuation characters or "foreign" characters?

In addition to no SP3, when SP1 was released for 6.7.1, it specifically said LiveSite installs should not use it. Did IWOV do a LS release that is compatible with SP1 ?

Maybe it's not SP3. The patch number is 70xxx.
I even uninstalled all interwoven products and re-installed Teamsite only.I got the error again both in UI and Command line.
For example I can create the group MarketingAuthor group in command line successfully, but failed to delete it in command line just after the moment I created it. I can find it in the tsgroups.xml file.
