Documentum D2 workflow mails receiving without mail body

Hi Developers,
anyone faced the similar issue in D2/D2-Config. where event is metioned for dm_startedworkitem. But unable to find task.message or note provided in mail body

    In the release note of D2 20.4, this is listed as a known issue with issue number DTWO-45696 with workaround steps to fix this.

    Check the release note of your D2 version to know the solution specific to your version.
