How to hidding Create button ?

Normal user shouldn't have permission to see this create button .someone please help me?

  @akira_1004 , This button can be hidden using custom CSS and will be hidden for all the users.

  Also you can create multiple home pages, add role based authentication and can hide the action menu's in the homepage configuration.
