Error when installing Core Capture Designer

Hello,

I'm using Core Capture on a trial license and when trying to install the Core Capture Designer, is has as requirements, the installation of OpenText PixTools Runtime.

If I try to install this requirements, I then receive a message saying that the installation files can't be found.

Is there something missing in the .exe available on Core Capture?

    Hi,

    I have tested the Designer Installation and it works fine on my end.

    Can you make sure you have the latest installer?

    After download, check the version of the file:

    Capture2.JPG


    Also, can you please try to run the installer as Administrator? (right click -> Run as Administrator...)

    @LazarescuA , I've just downloaded once again and my version is different of yours:

    Also, I'm running the installer as Administrator without success.

    @LazarescuA , on your side, it requests you the installation of the PixTools?

    It did not because on this system it was already installed.
