- because I'm stuck with the error although all is working fine with postman

@Med_2024 are you explicitly passing the scope in your request? If so please remove it and give it a try

@Med_2024 Please can you un-assign your application from the tenant and then re-assign it? This is done under App>Subscriber Tenants.

@Roger K , @Eshan K Unassign/reassign the tenant to the application and pass an empty scope (i.e., 'scope': ''). This did the trick, but I faced a minor issue: after authentication and redirection to the application, the scope is presented as part of the URLhttp://localhost:4200/*******-*****/?scope=openid%20 - Thank you

My tests show that you don't need to remove the scope after you unassign/reassign the tenant to the application. You can use the contract approval demo app as is.

@Med_2024 - Yes, we were able to overcome this Issue, we had to delete the App and do a fresh deployment. ensure roles are user and added and mapped properly. Ensure the redirect url is configured again.

@jpluimers , got this error then I received an Account Lockout Notice : " has been locked out for the configured duration due to excessive failed authentication attempts"

Did you update the .env file after you un/reassign the tenant to the app? This gives a new public client.

The public client id did not change after un/reassign the tenant to the app . Do you have an idea on how to unlock the open text dev account ?

Is you OT Connect account locked, or the a user in OTDS?
I expect the 'Lockout duration' in OTDS to be 15 minutes.

Unless you use the Sign in with OT Connect button, you are using the OTDS User. Do a forgot password click, which will email you to reset the password for OTDS. save this password separately with you.
