Hello @Michael McCollough I am currently searching for a Smart View project generator that could be downloaded here for the version 22.3. But in the parent folder no folder for 23.4 can be found.
I also find a mentioning here on support.opentext portal but it seems that SmartUI SDK Documentation points to Content Server SDK not SmartUI SDK.
Please - what is the location where we can find Smart UI SDK with generators for creating new projects?

You may have to reach out to support for those needs. We do not have anything like that in our Documentum Smart View Client (D2 Smart View Client) SDK. Our SDK is one download with a workspace assistance to generate template code and samples with.
Generally, Smart View itself is our internal framework all our products use to develop UI (think of it like an ExtJS/Angular implimentation we have full control over). So from a Smart View Framework perspective, each of our products typically has its own SDK that is specific to the product and what features that product wishes to expose.
