is there a documentation that explains all the status error code? below is an example

I don't believe there is a published list of error codes. Please post the API you are invoking and the request and response. By the way, it looks like you are trying to use OTDS tickets. There is a short tutorial on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIMdyAV6lSg

Hello Pacosta,

We are experiencing this issue on a production environment with 2 OTDS servers ( Multi Master replication ), We are experiencing this issue on one OTDS server only, however the same request do work on the 2nd OTDS server
