Composer is built using the Eclipse platform so you should be able to find a Git plugin for the version you have. I have an older 21.4 Composer. I go to Help→About

that can be used to find something else if you have problems with this, but hopefully this will work and you will not need to do futher hunting. Got to Help→Install Software and Add a site:

    https://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates

You should then be able to install:

I have multiple projects and folders so I started using a full Git client to do my checkins, etc. But this shoudl give you a GIT integration in Composer to use. If that doesn't work, you will need to find another plugin but anything compatible with the underlying Eclipse version Composer is built on should work.

  • Hi Michael,

How I will do the GIT integration with EMC Composer v7.2?

You will have to find older verion of git that supports that version of Eclipse Composer 7.2 is built on. Alternatively you can use GIT command line to pull/push from Git vs. in Composer or event GitHub GUI client as well.

  • Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your suggestion.
