how to speed up the ws-nt

we are using the ws-NT8.2 on win03. in that we are using 1100 workspaces.
in each work space home page having 6 connectors. in that 6. 3 are the asp.net reports. and one web calander, one news connector . every thing is working very nicely but the probalem is when we click the home page of the work space. it will take 15 to 20 sec for loading any one know what is the probalem in this and how to solve this probalem.

You haven't provided much detail, but I suspect that each time you go to a home workspace your connectors fetch data from various servers, irrespective of how old the data is.

You could cache the data in your connectors. This leverages the .NET framework and has nothing to do with WorkSite. Refer to the System.Web.Caching namespace on MSDN at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.web.caching.aspx.
