Has anyone successfully uploaded a large file (around 5–10 GB) to Documentum using the REST API?

If yes, could you please share the approach you used — specifically:

  • Which REST endpoints were involved?
  • What did the request body look like?
  • Were there any required headers or configurations?

Also, is there a way to handle this using chunked uploads?
If so:

  • Do we need to use any external libraries or tools?
  • How is the chunking managed in Documentum — manually or natively supported by the API?

Any guidance, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
