        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Experts,</p><p>After upgrading from 16.6.4 to 22.4.2 on Linux RHEL 7.9 my PLC workflow stopped working.</p><p>It gets stuck at "Error while executing task: Production Deployment"</p><p>No logs are getting update under &lt;od-home&gt;/Livesite.</p><p>od.log and &lt;hostname&gt;_odbase.log are not updating too.</p><p>Only log files getting updated in server.log and iwjboss.log, where I can see errors like:</p><p>ERROR [stderr] (default I/O-217) org.xnio.channels.ReadTimeoutException: UT000199: Read timed out after 1709284596243 milliseconds.</p><p>ERROR [stderr] (default I/O-217) 	at io.undertow.core@2.2.17.Final//io.undertow.conduits.ReadTimeoutStreamSourceConduit.checkExpired(ReadTimeoutStreamSourceConduit.java:250)</p><p> [stderr] (default I/O-217) 	at org.jboss.xnio@3.8.7.Final//org.xnio.Connection.close(Connection.java:139)</p><p></p><p>Has anyone seem this issue before. </p><p>TIA,</p><p>Niraj</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Expert,</p><p>I am doing a filelist deployment and trying to change the files state to modified on target system through DNR script. something like below:</p><pre spellcheck="false" tabindex="0">  &lt;script cmd = "/usr/bin/touch '$filelist' "  async="no" /&gt;

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Experts,</p><p>I am using Teamsite 16.6.1.1 installed on RHEL 7.7. My opendeploy is running with other user which is not root. Whenever I publish anything from one TS environment to other, files owner is getting updated with OpenDeploy user at destination. I am just wondering is there any parameter in OD which will preserve the file's owner name.</p><p>I have tried setting owner name using chmod command in DNR script but since it is filelist publishing couldn't get the  vpath of published file.</p><p><code spellcheck="false" tabindex="0">&lt;script cmd = "/u01/app/iw-home/TeamSite/bin/iwaccess set-owner '$targetPath' '$user'" async="no" /&gt;</code></p><p><code spellcheck="false" tabindex="0">&lt;script cmd = "/usr/bin/chown '$user'  '$targetPath' " async="no" /&gt;</code></p><p>Thanks,</p><p>NK</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Experts,</p><p>Teamsite/OD Ver - 16.6.1.2</p><p>OS - RHEL 7.7</p><p>I am publishing some folders/files from our UAT Teamsite to Prod Teamsite. Folders are getting created on destination but files inside are not getting published. When checked the log it says ERROR: setting access to files</p><p>When I checked further I found out the the folder's group are different in source and destination. In UAT folder has "TeamSite group" assigned but at destination(prod) it has different "OS group" assigned.</p><p>Am I missing any attribute in OD config file?</p><p>Is there any way to update the group name after publishing the folders?</p><p><br /></p><p>My OD config</p><pre spellcheck="false" tabindex="0">&lt;?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?&gt;
