Snap seems to be having issues with European Amount formats.

I have created a document type which has a number field, which I've set to a fixed point amount format

I've also set the documet to be Dutch locale

When I run a document through Snap and advanced Recognition is performed, it changing an amount of 600 - written as 600,00 to a value of 6

However,

4.00,00 seems to work correctly

    Hi Gareth,

I have created SNAP-960 with engineering to ask them take a deeper look at this since we may be dealing some JSON specification limitations.

    Thanks!

I can't send you these documents as they're confidential.

    Hi ,

We will attempt to recreate this on our end. Do you have any dummy images, or could confidential data be redacted for our use?

    Thanks!

    Hi Gareth,

Just quick question, what is the locale of your system? that is set on Region and Language settings? Can you confirm it's set to dutch.

    Hi Gareth,

Still looking into this but have found that we may be limited by the JSON specification number format which is the same as US number format where dot is fractional separator. Stayed tuned.

    Thanks!
