Can't Use OpenText Core App on Android O

The app had been working normally when my Note 8 was running on Android N however upon today's Android O update now as I try to open the OpenText Core app it only displays a blank white screen during its startup and closes itself automatically in few seconds. Any idea how to get it working again?

This forum is for discussion of designing of BIRT reports. I don't think you'll be able to find much assistance with Core here.

I suggest going to https://core.opentext.com/support/ to report the issues you're seeing.

Hi Chad, Thanks a lot for your response, fortunately I've been able to work it out simply by uninstalling and reinstalling the app from Play Store.
