How to get all the list items in the dynamic list box even they are not selected into databinding?

Could you anyone know how to get all the list items in the dynamic list box, even they are not selected, into report data binding on the report?

If I understand the question correctly, just drag the data set that is dynamically populating the listbox to the report layout and choose the column. A table will be created containing a data binding for that column. If you need all of the values in a single string, add an aggregation element to the table and set the aggregation function to "concatenate".
