Device cache space limit exceeded

I'm a new user to OpenText and in particular EnCase 8.08.

After processing my case within EnCase, I cannot view Artifacts. When trying to open, it returns an error - 'Error loading record 'System Info Parser - Artifacts': Device cache space limit exceeded'.

When checking the space for my cache there is still over 945 GB free so this seems unlikely but I do not know how to resolve the issue.

I have also tried going into Tools > Options > Debug, and ticking for the System Cache to be controlled by EnCase and have changed the maximum size of the cache within this option as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
