Webtop 16.4 "Email as link" not working

Hello Experts,

This is the first time I am posting something in OpenText forums, kindly route the query to correct group if I have placed it at wrong community.

This is an urgent query, kindly help :

We are upgrading webtop to version 16.4. It has 2 installation which need admin rights: WentopBHO installer and WDKNativeCAB file.

After doing all the installations the "email as link" component does not work well. If you open the link a page is displayed with view/edit option but on clicking either of them the it gives below error :

Webtop Content Transfer Extension should be installed to perform this operation

Any clue please....

Is Content Transfer Extension installed? What happens when you try to edit/read a document? I believe the extension is used to trigger the launch of your email client, which requires client side install.
