error in expanding component category

Hi,

Teamsite Ver - 16.2.0
OS - Windows Server 2012 R2
iSSUE - When I am trying to add component in any .page it is giving me JavaScript alert saying "an error occured while expanding your category. Please contact your system administrator." We have three TS environment(Dev,ST and Elab) and since this issue is coming in ST only so I thought it could be a permission issue. I have given full permission to added groups for that particular workarea under default and iwadmin branch but it did not work. Then I have added iweveryone group to both locations and gave full permission but no luck.Now I am out of solution.

I know its not a big change and I am missing something but could not figure what exactly is missing. Can any one help please?
