Issue with dotted border appearing on all pages in Teamsite 16.4

Hi All,
Earlier everything was working fine, but now I could see dotted border for all the pages in Teamsite. This change is appearing on the pages of default sample projects as well. Attached is the screenshot of the same. Can someone help me out what could be the fix for the same. As per my knowledge don't remember if I made any changes that has impacted all the projects.
