Upload and retrieve files in Documentum consuming Documentum REST Services in C#

All, I need to create a ASP.NET MVC (C#) page to upload files based on the Supplier Number and Fetch the all the files if provide the supplier numbers which are related.

Is any one developed the similar functionality consuming Documentum REST Services using C#.
