How to open image or content selector for workspace and get the selected data javascript?

I need to open content and image selector from tinyMCE button. Could you please help me with javascript to open a selector and get the data of the content or image selected by user

Mansoor,

 

There should be 2 version on TinyMCE Widget in WEM by default. One which supports Inline linking and one without it (generic version).

 

Could it be that you are using generic version of TinyMCE widget in your CTD?

I have to build a similar functionality as OOTB link creator button on the tinyMCE but the html created in this case will be different. Yes, we have a javascript on the CTD tinyMCE widget configuration page.

We are using tinyMCE advanced with all default settings and this javascript adding additional buttons for content authoring.

In that scenario you are customizing the TinyMCE which is a 3^rd party product and you should be looking at their website for guidance on such customizations.

Rest of the customization is according to tinyMCE customization document but I need to how to open the property window of wem that allows user to select content. Using vui javascript namespaces provided by opentext for workspace.
