Documentum Upgrade

Hi All,

We want to upgrade our current Documentum System: 6.7 SP2 (AIX CS, Oracle DB combo) to 16.4 version with approximately 3 TB data. Can you please help with approaches for doing the same? Thanks.

PS: White paper or any documentation would also help :)

    16.4 AIX CS do not support Oracle database only support DB2

    Never done Documentum AIX /did AIX on FileNet Imaging/ however that is unix so I don't think there is much difference Can you switch to Solaris? I've done Documentum 6.7 to 7.3 /early 2018 16.4 version was not avail yet/ Solaris/Oracle upgrade and that would be very similar to 6.7 to 16.4. I've done another 6.7 to 16.4 upgrade in 2018 November however that was Windows 2008/SQL Server 2008 to Windows 2016 / SQL server 2016 with Webtop. If you can't make the switch and Oracle is not supported anymore on AIX you have to follow the official migration path by Opentext support or custom scripts to migrate everything across.
