D2 Smartview Error

Options

Deployed Documentum d2 smart view in tomcat server. It is displaying the below error "Failed loading the application. Please contact the administrator." Can anyone help me with this?

  • Few things to check:

    • Did you configure dfc.properties to point to correct repository?
    • Check rest-api.log (normally under C:\logs) on app server to see if any errors are there.
    • In Chrome, open developer tools (F12) and see if there are errors in Console or Network tab.

  • Let me know you are receiving this error "Failed loading the application. Please contact the administrator." after login to D2-SmartView or requesting for login page.

  • I'm receiving the error message after requesting the login page.

  • Create a Smartview Landing page file and configure it in D2-config by navigating Widget View -> Smart View Landing Page.

  • You need to register D2-Smartview as privileged client from Documentum Administrator.
