Hi, Is your search criteria using wildcards? Also, what application are you using to perform the search. You can limit the search results in the client using dfc.properties max_result_size. You can also check the dsearch log for your keyword and determine how many results are coming back.
Do you see any errors either in the Records Client log or DSearch log
When you perform your search, check the dsearch log for xPlore to see if you can find your search criteria. In the same section, you will note the queryID. You should have 2 entries for that ID - one being your query and one being the result. Do you see the result show in the log prior to having to click Stop in the client app?
