Could not contact administration server issue on click of administration tab

Hi,

I am new to IW. please guide me how to fix the below issue.

"Could not contact administration server. please try it later or contact your system administration"

When you are getting this message? You are getting this message while login to Teamsite or some other?

Specify your version of TeamSite. Is this a new server? Has the admin console ever worked?

In some versions of TeamSite, the admin console didn't always get installed properly the first time, so the fix often was to run through it again until it works...
