Setting search scope in document search folder

Hi, i can't find how to set the "Return Only Emails" and "Exclude Emails" search scope when creating a document search folder under a workspace.

I can add all the other search properties but the that dropdown in the search profile for the search always says "Return All Documents".

Does anyone know how to set this?
