How to read the files from any perticular folder

I am not able to read trhe file from the perticluar folder.

Only i was able to give path till WORKAREA.

But i need to run file from "default/main/tbs/WORKAREA/work/runsheet/TeaserHome."

TeaserHome folder only ..
