worksite as RMS

Hello,
I have a requirement where client needs a RMS solution.
The requirement looks simple and looks quite possible to implement in worksite.
I wanted to bring it in forum to get any input, if anyone has implemented such solution and have came across any issue, which I might have overlooked as of now.
