6830 all in one 'printerhead problem' recall

Anyone have a "problem with the printerhead" message on their 6830 all in one printer. Apparently this is an issue in US and Asia. You have to submit a form and wait for a response as to whether they will replace?

checking to se what the experience was like. Thanks.
