MetaTagger empties my Y:

System

I have tried using MT 3.1 and 3.5 and have had the same results on a W2K install. When I get to the point of trying to tag a page, it gives the "Loading..." screen then comes back with a page that first says "could not locate <page url>" and then has the 2 example metatag fields. When I go to the server to look at the Y:, it's completely empty. Not even the main branch exists. Have to reboot to get it to come back.

I have a feeling that it's a configuration file problem, but I've gone through them a couple of times and they look fine.

Anyone else had this issue? Help.

I noticed no one responded to your post. I am hoping you contacted IWOV tech support to get help to resolve this problem if you were unable to determine the problem. If you are still having difficulties please open a support case.
