OpenAPI is included with TeamSite. There is no additional charge for it.

Just to be 100% clear, while OpenAPI SDK is available to all TeamSite customers, the javadocs are not included in the standard install package, you need to download them separately. Developers may also want to see if ContentServices (C.S.) meets their needs for APIs, since they are higher level, and slightly easier to program to.
